Ghostly Dreams

So I've had atleast 3 or 4 dreams.. probably since the beginning of this year.. where I've woken up gasping for air and trying to ask for help. All of these dreams have involved ghosts.. although I could never see them.. I could feel them and I knew they were there. :crazy:
I haven't had one for a while but the other night.. I had some sort of a freaky dream.. I can't remember anything what-so-ever about it.. but I know I was getting ready to have that feeling of gasping for air again and I woke up right before it started. It's really weird. I never had these types of dreams before. Obviously I've had nightmares but nothing like this. And it
